One bedroom ( comes furnished), in the upstairs of a family, friendly home. The upstairs bathroom is shared with the homeowners and their adult daughter. Shared use of the kitchen (you have full access to your own fridge/freezer and there is a dishwasher so you will not have to wash dishes). Shared use of the living room and dining room. Shared use of the backyard ( bbq, deck and outdoor fireplace). Laundry on site. There is also a two piece bathroom located on the main floor. Guests are welcome with notice please. The house is located in the North End of Peterborough and it is within walking distance to a bus stop for Trent University students and Fleming College students. Amenities close by(Walmart, convenience store, Dollar Rama, fast food restaurants, grocery stores). Students or working individuals only please. Looking for an individual that is friendly, respectful, clean and loves animals.

The homeowners are a couple in their 50s and both work full time. My husband works in manufacturing and I work in the health care field. My stepdaughter works as an ECE assistant and does photography. One other tenant lives in the basement. We have three dogs and two senior cats. We are friendly and respectful individuals.
