This room is available September 1st at the latest but likely one or two months earlier.

Main floor furnished bedroom with lots of light located in a beautiful neighbourhood within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bus routes and the beach. Your choice of main floor or basement washroom. There is a gym in the basement including weights, treadmill and bike trainer (the ceiling is at 7ft so works better for shorter people). There is a parking spot out back as well as a bike storage. This is not a party house but friends are welcome.

I am the homeowner and will share the common areas with you. I’m pretty quiet and seldom have company. I’m into fitness, coffee and music. I have a very friendly, chill dog who, at times, sheds copiously. I’m happy to be social but also like some down time. If you like baked treats, that’s a plus.

I’m looking for a mature individual (any age), who is clean and tidy, who will treat my property with respect and share in keeping the common areas clean. I prefer someone who is working full-time.

Please no recreational drug use, or storage thereof, on site.
