A furnished room will be available to rent on July 1st. The minimum length of stay is 6 months. The maximum length of stay is 12 months. The monthly price is $950 and it covers all utilities, including hydro, laundry, and WiFi. For the month of July, the price is $500 due to a discount. The house is close to a bus stop. No parking available, except on streets. Room next door is empty, so the bathroom isn’t shared at the moment, but it might be shared later with 1 person only. The location is 2487 Baseline Road, Ottawa, ON K2C 0E3. Last month’s rent required. Rent for July discounted.

About the roomies
At the moment, there are 2 male roommates. They are all students in the age group of 18 to 30. The place is quiet.
