DUE TO RENOVATIONS THERE ARE UNFINISHED FLOORS, MISSING CLOSET DOORS/RODS, TOILETS, APPLIANCES, ETC IN CURRENT PHOTOS.

First photo is the furniture set up at our current place that we’ll be bringing with us. On top of a new dining table and a more open layout as this unit it bigger.

Your own bedroom and bathroom in this huge FEMALE ONLY 3 bed 3 bath beautiful top floor unit in the upscale Yorkville but still within the fun and lively borders of The Annex. A 5 minute walk from St. George station.

There is a backyard, small balcony, and larger balcony deck all available with the unit. There is also laundry in the basement!

Sorry for the horrible photos. The house was stripped down to the beams and fully renovated. They are currently finishing up renovations and move in is August 1st earliest. Please note the radiators in images are not in the right spots either.

There will be all new stainless steel appliances, upgraded radiator heating, and the unit will be furnished minus your room. If you need a furnished room let me know.

I can provide a video of the unit first and we can have a call. If you are still serious and interested we can correlate a showing as renovations are still underway in the unit.

About the roomies

2 female young professionals in their mid to late 20s who have been living together previously. Friendly, respectful, and most importantly VERY CLEAN. If you are not ok with chores and cleaning this will not be the place for you. I am the sole leaseholder.
