There is a backyard, balcony, and patio all available with the unit. There is also laundry in the basement!

Sorry for the horrible photos. The house was stripped down to the beams and fully renovated. They are currently finishing up renovations and move in is August 1st earliest. Please note the radiators in images are not in the right spots.

There will be all new stainless steel appliances, upgraded radiator heating, and the unit will be furnished minus your room. If you need help furnishing it let me know. I can provide a video of the unit first and if you are very interested we can correlate a showing as renovations are still underway in the vacant unit.

First and last, proof of employment/income, rental application submission, and ID required. NO DOGS OR CATS

About the roomies

2 female young professionals in their mid to late 20s who have been living together previously. Friendly, respectful, and most importantly VERY CLEAN. If you are not ok with chores and cleaning this will not be the place for you.
