Looking for a female roommate to share a bright and well-maintained 2-bedroom upper-level duplex in Glenbrook SW with a 25-year-old female professional.

I’m seeking a respectful, clean, considerate, and responsible roommate who values a comfortable and peaceful home environment. The ideal tenant is a full-time student or working professional who attends school or works primarily outside the home.

About the Home: The duplex is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped, with comfortable shared living spaces and a fully stocked kitchen. The available bedroom is private and currently unfurnished, although furnishing can be discussed if needed. Close to c-train and transit.

Rent & Lease Details: -$950/month -Utilities split between occupants -One-month damage deposit required -Available July 2 -Lease term negotiable

To ensure we’re a good fit as roommates, the tenancy will begin with a 3-month trial lease, with the option to continue afterward.
