About the room
The basement suite (legal) has two rooms available for rent–queen and double bed. You have your own private entrance and a side patio. the suite has a full sized kitchen (no dishwasher), shared bathroom, living room with seating and Chromecast set up on the television. Currently there is no access to laundry. The suite is located in Rosscarrock (SW) and walking distance to the Blue line to get downtown, amenities (groceries, restaurants, etc.), transit to get to MRU, and Edworthy Park. There is lots of street parking. Y
About the roomies
My name is Alicia and I am a full time working mom. I live on the main floor of the house with my son. We love to mountain bike in the summer and ski in the winter. I’m a born and raised Calgarian and was raised in this area of the city. I am looking for roomies to occupy my basement suite for the summer as I transition it to becoming an AirBnb.
