The house is located on a quiet, mature, tree lined street and it is walking distance to a bus stop for Trent University Students ( Bus 6 and it is about a seven minute bus ride), and Fleming College Students. There is also a bus stop within walking distance for those individuals wanting to go downtown ( about a ten minute bus ride). Close to amenities (Walmart, convenience store, fast food restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy and Dollar Rama). Rent is $1,000/ month all inclusive for a single individual. For a couple $1,800/ month all inclusive. Looking for someone who is friendly, clean, respectful and likes to have a good conversation from time to time. Must love animals! The homeowners are a couple in their 50s that work full time. I work in the health care field as a PSW and my husband works in manufacturing. One adult daughter in her mid twenties lives upstairs and works as an ECE assistant and does photography on the side.
