I am looking for a fitting roommate to move into my two bedroom apartment in downtown Calgary. The location is amazing, right next to the Calgary tower so most of what you what is within walking distance!
The room is currently unfurnished but I can help furnish if you don’t have stuff ready to move in. The rest of the apartment I have furnished to the best of my ability to make the place feel homely, but you’re welcome to add to it. I have set up high speed 600Mbps internet, more than enough for doing work or streaming. The kitchen has real granite worktops and great appliances (Large fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher etc). A private balcony is accessible from the living room/kitchen area giving amazing views of downtown and great sunsets.
The building has amenities included in the price such as a gym with everything you need, basketball court, games room, lounge area, outside patio, golf simulator, laundry (pay per wash). Heat and water are included in the price but internet will be an extra $25 and electricity will also be extra.
My name is Matt, I am British and just moved here on the 11th of June. I work from home a lot but understand how to respect others personal space. I love to get out during the day when possible, venturing on hikes and exploring new places. I’m an avid gym goer so I spend a few hours in the apartment gym weekly. In general I am friendly, easy going and like to help whenever I can. I take pride in keeping the apartment as clean as can be and would like to find someone likeminded.
