Short Term Rental – 1 Month Only (July)

This is a strictly 1-month rental for July only (July 1 – July 31). It cannot be shorter or extended under any circumstances. The entire house will be rented starting August 1, and all current tenants are moving out at the end of July.

Location: prime location near Banff Trail, close to transit, U of C, and all amenities.

Rent: $550 (all utilities included). Regular rent is $750 — discounted for a quick rental.

Deposit: $550 security deposit required. This will be fully returned on the day you return the key, provided there are no damages.

You will be living with 3 clean and organized roommates (all leaving end of July)

This is a sublease and the landlord is aware and involved

No extensions, no partial stays
