Room comes with an inbuilt fireplace, length wise window and has vents for air.

Rent is $1000 inclusive of everything except wifi. Wifi is $25 per month.

Currently occupied by 3 working professionals (2 Men (upstairs, same floor as your room), 1 Woman (living in the basement)), looking for anyone to match our vibe and energy. We are quite spiritually in tune and believe in energy. We are 420 and smoke friendly, however only do so outside the house. We love music, and I myself am a musician as my 5-9 gig, so always expect beats or good music playing. We treat this house as a family, so if you’re interested, just know we’re looking for someone who will fit in with our energies (we all hang out pretty much all the time.) Room was previously occupied by a female tenant. Moved out due to relocation to a different city.
