Hey!🤗 I am looking for a place to live/rent out while I will be in school! I Will be strictly focused on school and work, mostly due to the fact that I have little to no disposable income, but also because I don’t drink. Im currently living in Richmond, but I’m looking for a relocation just because the living situation that I’ve chosen is not compatible with me. I’m very social, love meeting new people and making friends! I love being active, going outside and gardening and cooking, going for walks and being embedded within nature. I love music, art, movies and television. I like to listen to podcasts and read and write. I’m very good when it comes to house duties, basic chores & responsibilities, but I am NOT looking to clean up after you. If you can respect shared spaces and clean up after yourself, then we won’t have issues! Im very good at cleaning up after myself, keeping shared spaces clean, and minding the area that my roommate(s) and I are sharing! I’m really just looking for somewhere that I will be able to experience Vancouver and enjoy it safely, and comfortably. Somewhere that I can mutually exist with my roommate(s) and possibly become friends! I’m preferably looking for female roommates as I am here by myself and not very familiar with the area.
