Hello :) My name is Kate, I’m 26 and an Economics student at UBC. I’m looking for a place for next school year, with flexible move-in dates between July-August!

In general, I’m a very easygoing and friendly person, and I would love to find roommates who I can connect and get along with! I’m pretty studious, but I do enjoy going out and would love to be able to have roommate hangouts or movie nights. I always do my best to keep common spaces clean and I think a chore schedule and clear communication is the best way to live with others. I have a lot of houseplants, and I love to have my spaces feel cozy and like home. I also do a lot of art and baking! LGBTQ+ friendly and pet friendly also. I have a bearded dragon, she’s very small, quiet, doesn’t smell, and stays in her enclosure which would be in my room. Thanks, looking forward to meeting you!
