hey, hope you are well ~

I am a 34 year old male with guaranteed medical income and two landlord references looking for a room to rent as early as March 27, likely to start from April 1st. The income is Canada Pension Plan Disability and AISH. My budget is max 900 with a damage depsosit of $600. Ideally, rent would be $650 or so and I could have a matching DD if need be.

I am looking for a place that is transit accessible with a private washroom ideally. If a shared unit ideally with someone that values basic hygiene and washes their hands.

I am tidy and simple to live with. I do my dishes and I tidy the common area. Due to my medical situation I may spend a lot of time in my room and at home.

I don’t party, and I don’t drink or do hard drugs. I may use cannabis here and there though I am now on a medication that reduces it’s effects so I don’t currently really use it. That said, I would like to rent from a place that wouldn’t judge me for generally appreciating the plant. I would only smoke it outside.

The place I was renting last had to have work done to the building so I am currently staying with my uncle and his partner while looking for a new place to call home.
