a non rhyme description & thoughts:

Early thirties hummus loving minimalist male with provable guaranteed medical income and multiple references seeking room for April 29th, or a couple days earlier or later if it was helpful to you. Budget for rent is ideally 400 up to 850 ish for incredibly ideal situations depending on damage deposit. I am currently paying 550 and while the lesser the rent the better for me, I am understanding that the more for you the better for you too- fairness is all I ask. Damage deposit budget is depending on rent. I am flexible in that and the more flexible you are with me the more I can be with you. For example if you ask 600 rent and 600 damage deposit I can do that, though preference will be given to damage deposit that is more accessible in the sense of 600 rent plus 600 damage deposit that is able to be paid in two chunks (if given the option I might pay in full anyways, but I think you get the idea). I am currently renting a space that has been sold and am looking for a peaceful and safe space to be where I call home next. I am ideally seeking a six month lease, though am flexible with it being shorter or longer in the right situation. I am tidy and clean in common areas, and am respectful of volume levels and generally am a good person to share a space with. I do not care about a space being big or fancy or having a certain aesthetic- the word that means the most to me in renting a space is it being safe. Everything else is a bonus. I have lived alone before, have lived with men and women from all types of cultures, with a partner, have sublet, etc. I am 420 friendly and lgbtq+ friendly and am vegan, though I only mention the latter part as a bonus if someone else is. Though if you look down on others for their appreciation of a cannabis plant or their orientation or how they identify, then it would not be the best fit. If you like or own guns or appreciate violence of any kind I would not be the best fit for your situation. I like art and dance and fashion and compassion and love and yoga and reading and writing and music and playing sports and meeting new people.
