Hi! I’m a young lawyer and I’m joining a law firm downtown starting September. I’m accordingly looking for an apartment with a lease beginning July or August.

I’m currently looking for a 3 1/2 for myself, but I’m also open to team up to rent a 4 1/2 with another respectful young professional.

I am looking for a place that meets the following criteria:

• 3 1/2 or 4 1/2
• 1 or 2 closed bedrooms
• Maximum budget of $1,700 (excluding hydro and Internet)
• Private indoor or outdoor parking (no street parking)
• Ideally a maximum 15-minute walk from a metro station
• Ideally semi-furnished (fridge, washer and dryer, dishwasher)

If I had to describe myself, I’d say I’m pretty outgoing, respectful and clean 😁!
