I am in the process of moving from Florida to Montreal. I am looking to rent a room (preferably in a house, but not necessarily) in the area. I travel frequently so I won’t be there every week, but I will split the household expenses with you. I am open to teaming up and finding a place together.

I cannot live someone who isn’t clean and tidy. I prefer a quite surrounding, no loud music, partying, etc.

Other random facts: (1) very handy and can fix anything around the house (2) animal lover, but don’t have any pets (3) outdoorsy and very active, if not working or traveling, you can find me playing soccer, biking on a trail, brewing beer or cooking up a storm in the kitchen (4) excellent cook and be more than happy to share (5) quiet [but sociable] and very clean (6) non-smoker (7) open-minded and tolerant of most things.
