Hi! I’m a friendly creative type looking for a long-term LGBTQ+ and COVID-safe home. My ideal housemates wear N95 masks in crowded or indoor public spaces, distance when possible, and don’t hang out unmasked with people who take covid risks. This is deeply important to me, and i understand that it makes my pool of compatible roommates very small, so if it’s also important to you, please reach out!

I do freelance illustration and dabble in electronic music. I love improvised performing arts and am very serious about chocolate . My other hobbies include going for nature walks, gaming, and cooking. I work from home and spend most of my time there, so I’m interested in building a warm and comfortable vibe, but I mostly prefer to keep to myself.

Living with me means clear communication, clean spaces, rent paid like clockwork, overhearing pretty good singing, and sometimes dinner. I don’t need parking, I don’t smoke or drink, and I don’t have visitors often. That said, I have a wonderful girlfriend (she’s also COVID-safe) that I would love to host for a weekend once or twice a month. I visit her too, so you’d get some weekends to yourself in return!

My dealbreakers include smoking indoors, yelling, lying, dirty bathrooms, and bigotry. I can move at the 1st of any given month, and I am in no rush to find a comfortable situation. My budget has a bit of wiggle room if there’s a chance at a private bathroom or an office space, and a LOT of wiggle room if you have a completely separate studio or 1br.
