Hey there! You can call me Joe, I’m a 22 year old guy from Chile, I was living in Canada with a Working Holiday Visa last year, now I’m moving back but with a different work permit!

I am a young professional, very independent, tidy, friendly and chill. I’m very neat and like to have my space and shared areas clean too (IMPORTANT). In my free time I use to hang out, going to the gym, playing guitar and going for walks. I don’t drink or smoke, it’s ok if you do :)

About cooking, but I usually cook once or rarely twice a week :). My diet is based on fruits & vegetables, and about meat, I don’t usually eat any kind of red meat, very occasionally, mostly chicken and eggs, but it’s totally ok if you do, no a problem!

I’m calculating to move around July 1st (ideally), it doesn’t have to be that exact same date tho, before or after that date also works :)
