I am currently looking for roommates in a freshly renovated Niagara Falls house as of October 1st, 2023. I manage the property and need 3 more bedrooms filled at a very competetive rate(s). $800-$850/room/rental. Thehouse units are all on the second floor and is a newly built as of 2020. The landlord is requiring a month to month rental contract signed, but the rooms are fully furnished! Furthermore, due to the location of this gem it is very close to Niagara Falls college and you would have all the utilities included, including a fiberoptic COGECO internet connection! Furthermore, this house spots an excellent backyard, front , billiard room and a rooftop BBQ set ups. Move in ready as of Myard patios, shared washroom and kitchen! Signed lease agreement has to be COMPLETED ASAP by both parties.
