Hey I’m Andy and I’m actually turning 30 not 26, fyi. I have a place in Arbour Lake and I’m looking for a roommate. I work 5 days a week Tuesday-Saturday. Any one is welcome to join me I’m looking for responsible, quiet and mature roommates, but most of all someone I can trust and get along well with! I do own a dog, small 20lb low/non shedding dog. There is room for you to have an office if I don’t find another roommate. I have an extra spot in the garage for a vehicle and I’m minutes away from the neighborhood lake and 20 away from Crowfoot station, walking. I’m a typically quiet guy, no parties and I would expect the same with exceptions. Feel free to contact me and we can set up a meet and get to know each other better.
