My current housemate and I are looking for an additional housemate(s) to join our lease. Our third roommate is moving out and we’re looking to replace her on the lease to help split rent costs. Would be renting a large bedroom, as well as the main floor/2nd floor/garage/backyard of a large detached suburban house in South Barrie. 1 parking spot available. Rent is ~$1000 + the cost of utilities, which is split 60/40 with basement tenants. Looking for someone for October 1.

Would be living with a 31 y/o male and a 27 y/o female. Both of us are easy-going, respectful, tidy, working professionals. We both enjoy hobbies such as sports and videos games and we help each other around the house with chores to keep common spaces clean and tidy. Pet friendly as well :).
