(She/her/hers) I am a clean, respectful and kind person, I would say quiet but I have kids who are sometimes with me and well, they’re not so quiet sometimes. But mostly they are with me only on weekends. I work full time, mostly remote, but I occasionally go into the office in Concord. I drive so parking is a must. Interested in finding the right person (or people) to team up with because this housing market in Ontario is insane. I have been renting for 24 years and always pay my rent in full and on time, I’ve even rented full 3-4 bdrm houses. But the high cost of child support obligations has left me living with my sister and family in their spare bedroom… despite making a decent salary far above minimum wage! With the market the way it is I’m completely priced out of it.

Teaming up is my only hope at independence! I’m very easy going and get along with almost every one.
