A Christian mature male of 58 years old. Very clean, organized and quiet.

An active person with no use of alcohol, cigarettes or drugs. A respectful man with good manners, responsible paying full monthly rent on time, responsible for own food groceries and toiletries.

Fully cooperate in the house cleaning, also usually cook twice a day and clean the kitchen right after done. I like saving energy, so I turn off lights and electronics when are not in use, also, recycle and compost properly.

In sharing a home, I am a caring person about the home environment, fully cooperating with house cleaning, maintaining my private room clean, deodorized and organized, keeping the order and cleanliness in general common areas and respecting the space, property and quiet times.

Go to bed between 9:30 pm and 10 pm; rise up early in the morning to be active yet quiet and considerate of sleeping and quiet times and difference in life routings of others.
