Hello! I’m looking for a room to rent in Courtney or comox starting September 1st.

A little about me: My name is Purnima, you can call me Nima. I’m a respectful, responsible, and quiet tenant currently working full-time as child and youth support worker, and also studying part-time. I’ve lived in shared accommodations before and am always mindful of cleanliness, shared responsibilities, and personal space.

I’m ideally looking for: • A private room, private bathroom will be great. • Month-to-month or long-term lease options • Budget: around 1000 including everything. • Parking access would be a plus!

What you can expect from me: • I pay rent on time and treat every space with care • Clean, quiet, and respectful of others’ privacy • Not into partying or late-night noise • I enjoy peaceful evenings, a good book, gym time, or focusing on my studies • Open, honest communication and a calm, kind demeanor

I’m looking for a quiet and friendly home environment—ideally with like-minded, mature roommates who value mutual respect and open communication.
