I am from the UK, and have lived in Brentwood with the same roommate/landlord for over a year but I’m looking for a new place. Current roommate doesn’t let roommates cook after 8pm, nor be in the apartment 9-5, so I’m looking for somewhere a bit more accommodating. I would like a monthly lease, but looking to stay longer–it gives flexibility.

I’m clean, organised, and easy to get along with. Similarly laid back and non judgemental. I’m not a party goer, and I don’t drink/smoke/vape (I don’t mind if you drink but smoking is a no go for me).

I wash up/put dishes in the dishwasher after I eat and would say I’m very organised in that way… I don’t demand much – a shelf/space in the fridge and a little space in the freezer is great! I don’t tend to cook extremely smelly foods, and my meals don’t take long to cook.

I like photography, web development, exploring new areas, and I study before work (I work 11am to 8pm). I work in yaletown mostly (three locations).
