Hi, my pronouns are they/them. I am quiet, friendly, and generally keep to myself. I like to keep things tidy (I am pro-chore sharing), and respect peoples’ space, property, and their guests (please respect mine as well). I care about the place I live in and will maintain a clean pest free environment, things like taking out the trash, wiping spills, sweeping should just be standard and I expect my roomies to feel the same. I’m not opposed to clutter though and understand if dishes are out for a bit but please respect the shared space. I try to leave a room in a state that others can easily use it after me. :)

I have lots of experience living with roommates; I’ve even lived in a house with up to seven people and two dogs (though I’m not looking to do that again lol). I drink and partake in cannabis occasionally and don’t mind smokers, except no cigarettes inside. No allergies, I love animals but please make sure that you’re responsible for their care and mess (of course, if you’re away I’m open to caring for your pets too).

I’m looking for a safe, peaceful home with likeminded folx.

I come with large Britta pitcher, one aquarium, many plants and books. I generally keep to myself but socializing, cooking dinner together and watching a movie every now and then would be a welcome change to my recent experiences, but not mandatory.

I have a few jobs: Analyst where I work a hybrid-model, mostly at home, Event planning a couple times per month and I run my own art business. I also do gig work as a model, pet-sitter, and transcriber. I’m taking some certs and would like to get back to the gym. When I’m not working, I fluctuate between going out and staying in; I like to do crafts or go dancing, and in the summer I enjoy to go to the beach.

I have a pet tarantula hence the “aquarium”, she’s very chill, I’ve had her for 15 years; you’ll never know she’s there.

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, not to take things personally or too seriously, and always try to be considerate of others sharing a space, I hope other roomies would try to do the same. Life is hard enough, home should be a comfortable, safe place; if there are problems let’s hash it out, listen and learn. We don’t have to be best buds but I expect to be treated with dignity, respect and compassion because I will work to treat you the same.

I am open to doing a video or telephone call, before meeting, to help potential roomies get to know me better. If there’s anything else that you would like to know, please ask.

Some of my hobbies include yoga, reading, writing, being in nature, drawing/painting, thrifting, screen printing, movies, gardening, dancing and music. I am always playing some kind of background noise, I enjoy incense, eat at home daily, and I like baking.
