Hey!

I’m a software developer with lots of side projects. I’m looking for one or two people to split a house with, as you get so much more for your money that way. I did it this last year and it worked really well. Ideally, we can get a place where our rooms are on different floors and we share a kitchen.

I’m home a lot and like to keep things clean (not crazy clean but “no dishes in the sink” clean). I’m looking for someone who is okay to split weekly chores and that will clean up after themselves. Otherwise, I’m really easy going, friendly and mostly do my own thing.

As for location, I’m realizing that being close to nature is more important than a longer commute. The goal is to see trees outside the windows! There are some great places near Rouge Valley. High Park is another option but it’s much more expensive. I’m looking to move in Aug 1st.

Bonus points if you’re in a technical or creative field.
