Minju

Hi, My name is Minju Kim from South Korea. I will move to Vancouver from South Korea on 27th August for my PhD program at Simon Fraser University. I’m looking for a pet friendly house.

Little bit about me and my dog, Cooper

• I have experiences to share a house with strangers and always I had a good relationship with housemates.
• Very tidy and clean, OCD for saving energy, Easy-going
• Love watching movie, reading a book and doing nothing when I have a free-time
• I love exploring new places and am good at adjusting new environment
• My dog, Cooper, is a male and quite introverted. He doesn’t bark at neighbours (actually he isn’t interested in people but me) or bite people. I do take a walk everyday so that he doesn’t stress out indoors. He doesn’t damage furniture or wall paper. He pees right on the pad so you don’t have to worry about him peeing on the wall or anywhere.

I will get funding for my PhD and a stipend monthly from my supervisor so I can financially cover the rent fee and I’m willing to pay an extra damage deposit considering that I will bring my dog if you want me to.

Because I am staying in Korea at the moment, I want to have a zoom meeting for viewing the property and getting to know each other!
