Moving out of SAIT residence at the end of April, finishing my degree in construction project management. Looking for a convenient spot to live, ideally close to the c-train and downtown. Quite open minded to options.

Some details about my living style, I spend a lot of time in my room. I’m also very clean and I’m looking for a roommate that is also quite clean when it comes to shared spaces.

I don’t cook very often, mainly just meal prep. Spend most of the rest of my time working and sleeping. Huge coffee and tea drinker, and dabble in video games from time to time. Also have a strong disregard for big fluorescent lights. Lamp lover.

I’m not terribly particular when it comes to noise as long as it’s not straight bagpipes and cymbals at 2am. If you’re sensitive to noise, I’m happy to accommodate.

Quite ambiverted, I love to socialize but also very much love my alone time. Very flexible. Mainly I’m just looking for a roommate with similar attributes. I find that 90% of problems stem from a mismatch in cleanliness or noise, and so finding someone with similar values yields a high probability for a successful living situation.
