• 3+ bedroom house + garage to share
• Willing to pay >50% for garage
• Preferably somewhere quiet and close to nature, but still accessible to town
• I’m flexible on location and budget — open to discussing options together

About me: I work full-time, live an active lifestyle, and like a tidy, peaceful space. I’m social and friendly, but home is more “recharge and relax” than party central. I choose not to drink but don’t mind others doing so within reason.
