I’m Guilly, 31yo, Brazilian, close to finishing a PhD at YorkU. I’m returning to Canada after an 18-month research stay in Brazil, so am super excited to experience the city again. I love a perfect balance between keeping it to myself and enjoying an active social life. I love hiking and the outdoors (everything from long walks in the wilderness to urban exploration), boardgames, sports (basketball and soccer), fiction books (sci-fi in particular), or just sitting at a pub to catch up with my friends at the end of a busy week. I like to keep spaces clean and organized, and sit on a porch after a long day at work and just be. WFH but function better away from home, so should be away most afternoons and evenings at public libraries, coffee shops, or the York Keele campus. Fully vaxxed (for everything) and politically engaged.
