Caroline & Kris

Hello, my name is Caroline! I’m looking to rent a space with my friend Kris. We’re both working professionals, I work in a Mexican restaurant and Kris works in retail. I do plan on studying at Durham in winter 2027 but will be working until then, so close location to the college is preferable but not necessary by any means. Neither of us smoke, we don’t have any pets, and don’t expect to have overnight guests (though we don’t mind if you do). Overall very chill, quiet, respectful tenants.
