Office Professional looking for 1-2 roommates to team up and rent a 2-3 bedroom apartment/condo. I’m interested in places in the NE, SE, Downtown or Chestermere. Long speel below on what I’m looking for. TLDR; I just want reliable roommates.

I can do above $1000 but I’d ideally like to keep to budget. I’m also looking for a place with in suit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and underground parking. I’m very quiet and I work full time so mostly just looking for a place to relax after work. No drama no crazy parties. I like to consider myself considerate and responsible and would appreciate the same from any potential roommates. I’m more than willing to be the one who rents directly and sublets out if my roommates have bad credit or want the flexibility to leave a unit before a 1 year lease is up. I am willing to work together to write up a subletting agreement so both parties are content with rights and responsibilities expected. I am very good at budget management and managing expenses. I don’t mind my roomies having people over for a party or even staying for a short time as long as they are considerate of my space.
