Hello all! I have arrived Saskatoon and I’m looking for a room to rent. A lil about me: I decided to go back to school after working as a meterial eng in Auto industrial for several yrs. I am a neat and quiet person and would love to retain a room with a private bathroom or at least a half bathroom. I don’t need a pa7rking space nor keep a pet. Please contact me if you have a furnished room (or at least a bed in the room) available from 24th Aug. My Requirements:

1. with a rate around 600 to 750 CAD, utilities included;
2. basic amenities, for example, private bathroom, showers, hot water, washing machine and WIFI;
3. walking distance or at most 30 mins bus to Usask;
