Iain

I’m Iain. I’m originally from the Coquitlam-New West area, but but I’ve been living in Chilliwack for the past five years with my family. My friends would describe me as respectful, responsible, organized, and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time going to the gym or playing basketball, either alone or with others. On the weekends, I often head out to go to the beach or the mall with friends. One of my favorite places to go to is the Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby.

‍I’m very respectful and wouldn’t mind if my roommates have friends over or are noisy at night, although I will not be bringing any friends over if that’s a problem with anyone in the house; I am also a very quiet person, especially when others are sleeping. I’m also down to get to know each other; I’m not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV together and host cook outs for friends.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from school. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

My monthly budget is decent, and I’m looking to move in sometime during the second half of September. I’m hoping to find a room in the Fraser Valley or the Metro Vancouver area. I don’t mind sharing a room, and I don’t mind how many other people are in the house. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I’m happy staying in the larger or smaller room.

Here’s some relevant information: I’m not going to get upset at you for any reason, I’m very positive and forgiving. I’m not a smoker, but I don’t mind what others do. I’m a very good cook and would love to prepare meals and sit down to have dinner with my roommates.
