Hello! I’m looking to rent out a private room with private bathroom as well in a house, apartment, condo, etc. by the end of October/beginning of November, ideally with 1 other housemate or 2 at the most. Preferrable areas are Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge respectively. I don’t smoke and have no pets. I do have a car, so will surely need a parking space. Currently working hybrid. I am friendly & easy going and love to watch movies and traveling as well.
