Hello, I am currently looking for a place up to $1000 in a private room, preferably in the downtown region.

I am currently a student at George Brown College in my 3rd semester for HVAC, I also currently work part time as a security guard for Paragon on the weekends.

I am very clean and respectful with all the tenants and landlords that I’ve been with, and looking to continue that relationship with future tenants and landlords.

The reason for me moving is that my current landlord has sold the property and I and everyone else in this property needs to vacant by February, so I am looking for a room for rent before that date or on February 1st.
