Joe

Hello! I’m Joe. Currently looking for a furnished room, would be appreciated but not req’d. I am self-employed currently through day trading/stocks/cryptocurrencies. So I would need to setup my computer, in the room should be no problem. Previous to the pandemic, I was a Journeyman plumber/gas until nov2019, laid off. I was fortunate enough to be able to start to work from home and take the odd side job able to be a stay at home step-dad. Pretty easy going, soft spoken, like things clean, pick up after myself. Of course I’ll shovel the walkway ;) I am a homebody type at heart. I enjoy reading/watching the internet, news, 420 friendly. I do have a small stack of tools, a 4’x4’ space garage would be more than enough. If other storage arrangements are required it can be made, just nice to have tools available for opportunities. I am open for short to long term, provided everything is working out ok.
