Stefan and Tara

We are Stefan (37) and Tara (33), a working-holiday couple from Tasmania, Australia. We’ve been house-hopping around Vancouver for the last 12 months as we’ve both settled into new careers but have struggled to find a stable place to call home. We are both currently working on average 5-6 days per week. Myself for the BC Government (LDB) and Tara usually splits her time between TCP work (traffic control) and acting as well as other seasonal work (currently “The Infinite” VR experience in Vancouver). We’re both humorous, easy-going as well as tidy and respectful people and enjoy the company of others alike but mostly just do our own thing. We have always enjoyed excellent rapport with our roomies! We’re 420 friendly and dog friendly, so if you have a doggo then we’d consider that a plus. Our budget for a large room/basement/suite/loft is up to $1300 p/m (but preferably a little less) and looking for something that’s available ASAP. But there’s always room for negotiation if we think what you’re offering is right for us. We look forward to meeting you!
