Looking for a place in Mount Pleasant or Strathcona, within a 15 min walk of Emily Carr. I work full time as a carpenter and go to school on weekends/evenings. Ideally I would want my own room and bathroom in a house, and my budget is dependant on the situation. I would prefer to live with other trades/outdoorsy people, not into partying. I like art, music, hiking and camping. My lease isn’t up for another 6 months, but for the right fit maybe I could get out early.
