Budget $2000 - Need washroom. Need parking. Need to be very clean in shared areas. Ideally prefer a roommate who’s relaxed and wants to socialize but is an adult that won’t host guests post 10pm on weekdays. Prefer living near Weston/Junction/Islington/Rexdale as that’s where my office is. I require a space for my desk as I game and occasionally work from home.
I studied at UofT and been in Mississauga since 2012, have always lived with roommate or two. My current lease is ending in March. We have our own furniture for a living room, kitchen and bedroom including appliances like a shark stick vacuum and a Tineco steam floor mop.
I would prefer living in a condo or apartment building but I’m open to living in a house as well.
My hobbies are online gaming, board games, lifting, reading, hiking and road trips. I’m a pretty heavy online gamer but have also won board game tournaments.
