Description
I’m a working professional looking to team up on renting a house/townhouse. I’ve got a well-mannered 13.5 year old medium sized dog, with short hair, named Ripley (Aliens), so ideally the place would have a Fenced yard for her.
I have a lot of hobbies, which include playing guitar/recording at my computer, going to the gym, and racing cars (so a garage would be a high value item to me, but not necessary, however parking is a must). I’m a relatively introverted person and keep mostly to myself. I’m not a clean freak, but I do prefer the place to be tidy and presentable at all times, and I always clean up after myself.
Added bonus: I’m also decently handy and own quite a few tools.
