I’m a working professional looking to team up on renting a house/townhouse. I’ve got a well-mannered 11 year old medium sized dog named Ripley (Aliens), so ideally the place would have a Fenced yard for her.

I have a lot of hobbies, which include playing guitar/recording at my computer, going to the gym, and racing cars (so a garage would be a high value item to me, but not necessary, however parking is a must). I’m a relatively introverted person, especially post-covid, but I hope to start getting out a bit more.

Added bonus: I’m also decently handy and own quite a few tools.
