Hi there! 😊 I’m a simple and easygoing person looking for a roommate to share my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo (not a den!) in downtown Toronto. I have a bedroom available; it comes with its own private bathroom.
The unit is fully furnished, It’s located right in the heart of downtown and short walking distance to multiple street cars (505,504,501,503,506), lots of cute cafes, grocery stores, has a running track 🏃♀️ & park right outside.
The building has a full gym, BBQ area, party room, theater, game room and multi workspace area.
I work as a tech consultant and mostly work from home. I’m neat, calm, and love clean, quiet spaces. Outside of work, I enjoy working out and reading. I’m also actively involved in church community (RCCG Christ Tribe).
I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, respectful, and values peaceful, tidy living. Ideally another working professional or mature student who’s looking to move in by August and wants a comfortable, convenient home with good energy.
