Hi there! 😊 I’m a simple and easygoing person looking for a roommate to share my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo (not a den!) in downtown Toronto. I have a bedroom available; it comes with its own private ensuite bathroom.

The unit is fully furnished, It’s located right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to TTC, the Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, George Brown College, TMU, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The building has a full gym, yoga studio, sauna, outdoor pool, BBQ area, party room, games room, artist workspace.

I work as a Marketing Manager and mostly work from home. I’m neat, calm, and love clean, quiet spaces that feel like home. Outside of work, I enjoy daily workouts, reading, traveling, and spending time around art. I’m also actively involved in church (RCCG Christ Tribe), which is why I’ve made downtown my base.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, respectful, and values peaceful, tidy living. Ideally another working professional or mature student who’s looking to move in by July and wants a comfortable, convenient home with good energy.
