I am 28 year old small business owner. I am educated, very friendly, helpful, extremely hygienic, I am a very quiet person who barely stays at home and mostly out and about. I stay to myself and do not get involved in other peoples lives or living arrangement. Looking for a roommate in Downtown Toronto who is also friendly and clean. I spend most of my time either at work or at the gym so I’d like to be in a community that has a gym but it’s not a dealbreaker.
