Hi! I’m looking small, private, furnished room in Toronto and area. No problem with payments if u need first, last month, deposit… I’m from Ukraine, I’m 33, single, no pets, don’t smoke, no drugs, I don’t spend much time at home, so I’m friendly to 420, lgbt, any pets at home (except spiders and snakes😁) and gender of my neighbor doesn’t matter. For me ideal option is month to month rent, with the possibility of extending the contract if we feel comfortable living together.
