Hi there! I’m a military reservist and a blue-collar trade worker (sprinkler fitter). I’m new to the area and looking for a place that will help me get established in the city.

I’d also be open to teaming up with someone to rent a house together if it makes sense.

I have a son who visits me a couple of times a year, so it’s important to have access to a kitchen, laundry, and a place to park my truck.

I’m quiet, hardworking, very clean and organized. I don’t do drugs, rarely drink, and spend most of my time working or training at the gym.
