Hi there! I’m looking for a safe, clean, and peaceful place to call home for the long term. ​A bit about me: I’m mature, respectful, and keep my living space clean and well-maintained. I value clear, honest, and direct communication—I am on the autism spectrum (Level 1 ASD), so I appreciate a calm, straightforward home environment where everyone respects each other’s boundaries. ​I live life in waves rather than a rigid routine. Sometimes I’m really busy, motivated, and social for periods of time, while other times I just want to be completely alone and still for days or weeks. Right now, my main goal is finding a stable, supportive environment where I can settle down. A key part of my health routine is that I must live within walking distance of a YMCA so I can access the steam room 3 times a week (or a property that already has a steam room). When I find the right place, I tend to stay long-term—I lived at my last place in Vancouver for 5 years. ​I’m looking for a compatible, mature, and westernized/LGBTQ+ friendly roommate situation (or a private studio/suite) with just one other person (no couples or large shared houses) who understands and respects these natural ebbs and flows.
