I am a very clean Organized person Prefer to Share with the same. Prefer weekly schedule of house hold chores ie Garbage, sweeping , mopping , dusting ect. If I make a dish I wash a dish. Laundry is done not left in washer or dryer when completed cycle.

I don’t mind guests but must be respectful.

I don’t mind smoking if done outside. I don’t mind drinking if social only. No alcoholics I am a fair, respectful roommate and Tenant. All I ask is the same.
