I am looking to share a 2-3 bedroom somewhere within walking distance to a station on the Vaughan subway line, preferably in the Annex.

I am moving to have an easier commute to work and to have more freedom in my own home, such as to be able to invite friends over time to time, and not have to worry about leaving a dish in the sink sometimes if im in a rush

I value tidiness and cleanliness and Im not home much as it is; but id rather not have to walk on eggshells in my own home!

Id love to team up with someone who feels the same so we can be relaxed and understanding of each other.

I am working on some creative projects as well so a large room/ample closet space would be essential for me.
