About me: I live my life intentionally in both my thoughts and my actions. I prioritize my physical, emotional and psychological health on a daily basis, and my work accommodates this lifestyle. I am organized, emotionally intelligent, quirky, and compassionate.

At any given time, I have multiple projects on the go, and I keep an active lifestyle. I am looking to live with a roomie, who, like me, is dedicated to achieve sustainable, healthy living.

I don’t smoke, and have a glass of wine from time to time after work. I love to cook and enjoy socializing, so it’d be great to find a roomie who would be down to eat my food (vegetarian) and become friends with.

Professionally, I am a Policy Development & Research Manager for Canadian Forces Morale & Welfare Services. I also volunteer for a social impact consulting firm that helps non-profits and start-ups design business, fundraising and marketing strategies.

In my free time, I support farms with permaculture, animal care and biodynamic method implementation. To further support my emotional/physical health, I love dabbling in all things arts- and dance-related (e.g. painting, sewing, poetry, writing, watching musicals/plays/concerts, Zumba, salsa) and spending time in the outdoors (e.g. hiking, biking, canoeing, camping, swimming).
