I’m looking to find a roomie and an apartment to share. I’d prefer a female. I get along better with them. I’m generally a quiet respectful person. I don’t do drugs. I want a safe atmosphere for my son’s to spend an afternoon with me watching Netflix. 2 boys, 18 & 20. Sunday afternoons my 18 year old comes over. The older one is hit and miss. Maybe once a month for a few hours. Both quiet and shy. Don’t stay overnight. I like animals but I am allergic to some and don’t want the mess. Must have a good sense of humour. I almost never have people over unless I’m dating them. I like my space and my privacy. I like to cook. No smokers, vapers, drug users. Been on my own at my current location for 6+years. Landlord is moving family into basement. Been paying $750 and now it’ll be double that for a new place so I’m looking at finding a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment to share with the right person/people. I work construction and start early m-f so I’m in bed by 9:30pm and up by 4:30am. I’m not a neat freak, but not a slob either. That’s all for now. Happy Home Hunting.
